I am not sure if this is the appropriate forum section for this, but you can meet people in many places. Some are obvious like speed dating, dating websites, bars, etc. You could volunteer somewhere, meet a potential partner at work, church if you're into that thing. I actually met my current partner on this very website. Sometimes you can find love in expected places, or the unexpected. You do have to get out there and try though.
