I literally asked that! I am rather "excitable" myself :-) but my T of many years was very calm which helped me and my husband of 18 years is calm (now there's a weird thought, I saw my T for a total of 18 years too) so I'm much better at noticing when the other person is not reacting with anger or frustration themselves but remains calm. So I'm glad the pharmacist was a nice guy, but I do feel guilty about going off on him. Now that I think about it, I could have just explained and asked him to take a look and make sure it was "correct" or to explain it to me because "I don't understand" or any number of civil ways of being instead of just assuming I knew it all Ah, such is life.
