If you contact an admin, they will most likely speak with the person and ask them some questions. They are pretty good at figuring this type of thing out. I suggest that you do tell an admin though, because if you don't that person will continue hurting others and it will only get worse with time. And they need to know that their behavior is unacceptable. The sooner the better.
