During this mood, I am not calm. I'm extra sensitive. So, any thought or physical feeling comes into my head, is like a jolt of energy and its too much energy, I can't handle it, regardless if its a big/small thing or if its positive/negative. Doubt its fight or flight.

Examples:
Food from dinner still on my teeth. Normally this is fine, but in this mood? Makes it worse more intense.
Having soft/premature bowel movement smells more, that smell is makes my intense mood way worse.
Wanking. Normally wank fine, but in this mood, when I orgasm, yeah no way. its.... like that jolt of energy again its too much and makes the mood worse/more intense. But you'd think having an orgasm would do the opposite?
Judging people. If a thought of someone pops into my head, and maybe I judge them somehow. Even if someone I like? Jolt energy.
86 BPM heart rate, sometimes 90-120 but that seems more rare. Need more data maybe.

Normal condiitons:
Food on teeth is fine.
Wanking has always been normal.
Judgement. Not saying juding people is the best thing, but under normal circumstances I may be judgemental and that's the end of it.
78 BPM heart rate after eating, and 90-120 after workout. Workout can be a bowel movement / mood trigger too, but it was never a trigger before all of this started.

Soft/Premature bowel movements are a trigger, its the bowel movement feeling, not the movement itself which is trigger. Can happen without bowel feeling but its a bit rarer? Perhaps its interfering with gut chemicals. But thats a trigger so possible exception to the examples above.

If I'm out somewhere, and people fight and I freeze, once the fight stops, I walk around for a bit with 'jelly legs'. So thats freeze or fight or flight [all adrenaline related?]. I do not have jelly legs with this mood. I can still walk around, can usually drive.

Can't sleep with this mood. Even if bone tired, drift off, start dreams, wake up in 5mins. Once the mood 'dies out or passes'[which can sometime take 6hours] then I can sleep easy! So it doesn't stop sleep chemicals, but it does stop from falling asleep. Same with appetite. Appetite can come back once this mood passes.

Going and seeing a friend/family member usually stops this mood in the moment, unsure why. Release of endorphines when I see these people that I trust and bond with, am I just low on endorphines?
