He was charged with 5 counts of Arson 1. The minimum sentence for that in my state is 90 months each count, so a max of 450 months. That doesn't mean he'd get that much, and that would be excessive in my opinion. I guess I keep thinking he should get punished for the abusive behavior and I guess that's the wrong way to think of it. I don't know what seems fair to be honest. I was thinking he'd at least get 90 months.
