Umm....I'd have surely enquired about the following (among many other questions I'd have) --
1. Can it only be a man? No gender-bending (wood nymph would be ideal but even any regular old woman)?
2. Along the same lines, can it only be a "little" man? What does that say about her attitude towards........I dunno..........men?
But, seriously, she listened to you crib about therapy without getting defensive? That is really saying something from whatever I've seen of therapists.
