My T does different things for different clients as each one has different needs although she she's willing to offer the same things where needed to each client.
So example, among those who need to be able to write her, some email while I text. All clients who want to can write her. She doesn't reply to any of us though so that boundary is consistent across clients.
And she allows all clients to call the clinic to ask to speak to her.
And she gives each patient extra time when they need it.
Maybe it's similar for your T? As in he gives all clients the option to call and it's up to each to "claim" it as they need? And similar for texting?
