The depression started when I took up a second job that made my schedule chaotic and affected my sleep (waking up at 3am during the week and going to bed at midnight on weekends). I thought it would go away after I left the second job (well, got fired) and my schedule returned to normal but the depression is persisting. This time of year is always rough on me anyways.
I see my doctor in three weeks and Ill explain to him what's been going on and what I refuse to do. I don't want to call to get an earlier appointment so I can go in and basically say I'm depressed and paranoid but I don't want you to treat it.
