When I was on risperidone my head was quiet too. It's just the side effects were overbearing. Now I find a balance with a lower dose of olanzapine. My depression is lightened up, the side effects are reduced, and delusional thinking isn't as frequent as it was. I can't complain, I give some and I gain some. Life is pretty good all things considered.
