I have physical symptoms related to stress and depression and anxiety. I have a demanding job (detail-oriented, so I always have to be very focused and careful). Moreover, I am often overwhelmed at the amount of work. Thus I can say I am stressed. I like my work.. but because of this demanding aspect.. I feel often tired and demotivated. I have headaches and my eyes are often red (probably tension in the brain). My eyes hurt and I just want to stay in a place where there is no light. I react poorly to stress.
How can I cope with these symptoms. I take magnesium to release tension. But I don't know if it's safe to take it all the time.
