Nah.. they got me first.. I let in ... thats what makes me sooo stupid. I let it happen. Guilt trips for me are a trigger.. its what my abuser did to me constantly. I've worked and worked on this with T to avoid what does this to me. Just tried so hard. And this time.... nothing. If I didnt give in.. I felt it wouldnt stop. I compromised my boundaries. WHY!?!?!?!
