Hi twirls, one thing that really helps me is to write--I journal about my thoughts and feelings--it helps me feel less overwhelmed.
I am glad you have made this step forward...it is a difficult thing to do, but in the end, it will be worth it. This is a sign of how strong of a person you are....hang in there.
