I started a diet early October. High protein, complex carbs, good fats. Cut out gluten, most sugar, most dairy, red meat. Man do I feel so much better. Mood is stable, energy is coming back, complexion cleared up, IBS went away. Hot damn. Some of the stuff I don't like eating *cough*cough*protein bars*cough*cough* but I know what I need to eat. My brain is working again. huzzah! Also I've lost 9 lbs so that's cool. I can fit in old clothes again. yaaaaay. On a typical day I have 2 protein shakes, yogurt, an apple, almonds, a protein bar, and for dinner I have tilapia or shrimp, quinoa, and a can of veggies. Usually 1-2 times a week I treat myself to a cold pressed juice, cause they're expensive, and I'm already spending too much money on protein powder haha.
Anyways, life is pretty good right now.
