I never know how my body is going to react to caffeine. There's either no reaction at all,
or it makes me really anxious and it'll last until the next morning. So of course the smart thing to do would be to stay away completely. Problem is, I love a latte

and this week I've had one or two and I was fine.... So I thought I'd risk it today. Even though I know I'm more likely to get anxious on the weekend. (I don't knw why, maybe because I'm on my own the whole day?)

Although I guess it's also another argument for me to quit sugar. I usually buy those iced coffee drinks from the supermarket which contain sugar. No more sugar = no more iced coffee.
