I did eat ice cream the other day despite having lactose intolerance, but I also have gluten intolerance and have been eating gluten, and on Wednesday had a scope and biopsy of my stomach/intestine to confirm gluten intolerance.

So it might be a combo of the scope and eating wrong food that my gut is rebelling.
