I always sit down and write out what the possible questions they might ask me might be and think of how I will answer that. They ask, in my field, a lot about previous situations and what I did. So I've thought about different anecdotes I can share about working with unhappy clients or dealing with crises, etc.

I also write out at least 10 questions I have about the work place so that they know I'm serious about finding the right fit for me.
