OMG YES!!!!!!

I don't drink for 4 days prior to therapy. Just kidding, lol.

I pee right beforehand and then I have to pee immediately after, no matter what.

There were a couple sessions in which I had to pee so badly during them, that I couldn't even concentrate on what was going on.

And of course... me being me.... I was embarrassed to excuse myself to the restroom.

Well one time it was SO BAD there was no way I could hold it and I just yelled out, "my kidneys are going to burst!" and he was like, "um, do you want to go to the bathroom?" So I did. Well not right there, but in the restroom. I was so embarrassed.
