many computers and browsers have translation abilities.. example if using google chrome if you right click on a page border you will see a window and the words translate into your language. sometimes it says translate to english. click that then click options and a whole listing can be seen of what languages your version of chrome will translate the page into, select the language you want.
another way is windows 10 does have a place in settings where you can type in the language you want everything automatically translated into.
there are also many computer software you buy at computer stores where you can add language dictionaries / translators.
there is also online options where you can type in what you are writing into an online translator for just about every language in the world. ( the joys of being on the world wide web just google it and you can find what ever translator works best for you)
many websites also have site maps that include translating into many different languages. example facebook click on your name (which brings you to your profile. then scroll down and along the left side you will see language options that facebook has.
there are also many computer companies/ manufacturers that do custom computers like dell that will add software (for a price of course) that contains translators/ dictionaries/ thesaurus of language of choice.
