Having no motivation is a negative symptom of schizophrenia. It is also a symptom of depression and other mental disorders. I've noticed that if you female and have psychosis wth no motivation they'll think that you have depression with some psychosis no matter how severe it is(this is what happens to me a lot no matter fatter catter how much I tell them I'm not).
