Yea i know it does but i feel like i need to go through those emotions in order to really deal with them at all ,and guess i would cope by journaling or working out or being kind to myself etc . I just really need to feel the emotions then be able to work through them in order to be ok with sitting with my emotions sorta like exposure therapy .
