Sleep is a challenge for me, especially when I have to be somewhere early the next day, which is often the case for work. I take Seroquel, but sometimes the sedation doesn't wear off until later in the day, so I wake up cranky.... even if I get 8 hours. That can lead me to experience some tearfulness and anxiety. This is definitely something I need to work on. It's one of the biggest challenges with having Bipolar. When sleep is off, it throws everything off.
