What freaked me a little was my T knows I have to pee immediately before session. He learned this by careful listening/observation. Whenever I arrive in his outer office/waiting room before my session, he is in his inner office with a client. I go in to the waiting room, grab the keys to the restroom and leave to do my thang down the hall. Then I go back to his waiting room and wait. So he hears me through his door, coming and going twice. He has told me before that he can hear the door to his outer office opening and he likes this as he knows if the next client is waiting. He must have put two and two together with my two audible door closures and knows I get the key and go pee. Because one time, I arrived at therapy and T was sitting in the outer office chatting with a client, waiting for me to arrive. (Turns out he had double booked and needed to talk to me and the other client to sort things out. ) So I arrived and he says, "good, you're here, I need to talk to you." I kind of slid into a chair and looked at him expectantly. Then he said, "do you want to use the bathroom first?" He knows my routine!!!
