I think this time of year my body fights sleep because it thinks there's more sunlight out there somewhere. I sit by the windows or go outside to get as much as I can during the daylight.
I've been using M.Hirsuta several nights now. It's a plant that helps me sleep. I cannot say you should use it, but it is helping me while the 600 mg of immediate release Seroquel isn't doing its job at all. I know the Seroquel isn't working because an hour after I take it I'm still wide awake. When the Seroquel is working, it's usually 30 minutes max that I have to wait.
