We can practice unconditional self-acceptance.

(i) Accept the fact that you are a person who has both good and bad points like everyone else and that’s normal.

(ii) There’s no reason why you shouldn’t have flaws of some sort.
(iii) You are no less worthy and no more worthy than anybody else, despite your good and bad points.
