Php is calling crisis team. They will probably take me to ER and I will probably be hospitalized. In fact I guarantee it.

I’m upset that I couldn’t handle this on my own but relieve at the same time. I need a fast med change and I need it now. I spent so much energy on being safe yesterday and today and in IP at least I’ll know I’m safe and will be able to focus on getting better.
