ww, i dont like running to lawyers, but can you appeal the ins co/s opinions, have you? i dont kknow you that well so maybe you have and i just dont know...

i know you feel whats happened is not right and i tend to agree with you here... i understand we have a system and its all we have... no the best, not the worst...

who's on your side in this? as far as then ins co goes? is there an advocate for you? is there an advocacy in the area you're at? (philly?) ...

can you contact a legal aid service? at the university?

arent there others in the same situation (denined insurance benefits) and so i assume you have appeal processes and contact groups where you could meet others who have dealt with this and know the system better than i do...
