There is no such thing as no matter what as far as SSDI is concerned. You could be judged disabled after the first turn down and not get a start date back to that first application. They pushed my date back 7 months and asked me at the hearing if that was acceptable which i accepted based on the bird in the hand theory. This was based on additional medical evidence of an additional illness,which came in after i was turned down the first time and before my hearing .
