The primary problem pertains to the downstairs tenants' dog. I can put up with the occasional barking and the whining all day but I won't tolerate them failing to pick up after it. It's business is currently spread out across the yard like a mine field which we have to negotiate to reach the garbage bins. This is all the more precarious now that there is a layer of sow beneath which each land mine is hiding. I had a crew out to run a line for internet yesterday and they at first refused to perform the service on account of the crap all over the yard.
Advised the crew would be submitting a report I could no longer ignore the problem and complained to the property manager. A shame to get off to a difficult start with a new neighbour.
I am of the sort that I fear payback.
