I agree with Sky. I don't know if this might help you, but hubby's t makes him think about what his worst case scenario is. "What is the worst thing that could happen?"
Once you face that fear and decide how you will cope with the "worst possible thing", what actually happens seems so much easier to cope with. And if the "worst possible thing" happens, at least you are prepared.
