I take 100mg to 150mgs Trazadone nightly just to get some resemblance of sleep. Some nights however it doesn't keep me asleep all night. But, gives me about 6-7 hours of good sleep most nights. When I don't take it, I can't sleep and that's when the mind starts racing and the ideas start flowing.
