Try to slowly lower your expectations. Sounds like a horrible habit, huh? One of the ways to be kinder and to love yourself more is to not expect as much. Embrace your flaws. Love your mistakes. Accept that you can only do so much.
Everyday, treat yourself to something that makes you happy. Dedicate at least one hour a day to you, and to you only.
