I usually drink a lot of soda, coffee, and eat energy chocolates that have like 50mg in them a piece and I eat a lot of them. I also drink energy drinks and I take caffeine pills at times that have 200mg a piece in them. So I get my caffeine from wide sources, but I have to have a certain amount a day or I will get headaches.
I just need to learn how to manage it better and cut back and the ideas that some of you presented I will take into factor and use them, so thank you.
