Depends. If I have to go to work, it's anywhere from 5-7 hours. If I can sleep in, it's anywhere from 6-10 hours. I think because my brain isn't thinking "I have to be up and go somewhere." I tend to wake up in the middle of my sleep, unless I take Remeron. Even then, I will sometimes wake up, I just fall back to sleep more easily. The pdoc inpatient gave me both Remeron and Deseryl which I take if I'm not going back to work and sometimes I sleep for a good 9 hours straight, but I can't take that if I'm getting up and going to work because I'll be too hung over.

The quality of my sleep is alright for the most part. Depends on what I do before I go to sleep. I need to wind down properly after work or I will not do well. OH, and as a third shifter, it's pretty imperative I keep the same sleep schedule (sleep during the day, up at night).
