My sleep is all over the place depending on many factors, including my body natural rhythm. I’ve had sleep issues since childhood.

Does anyone here have a Fitbit or Apple Watch to track their actual sleep patterns and quality of sleep? I borrowed one overnight recently and it was so interesting to read the results in the morning......I had NO idea these watch thing-ah-ma-bobs could do what they do. I plan to hopefully get one soon and get some long term data on this situation.
