Does anyone here have a Fitbit or Apple Watch to track their actual sleep patterns and quality of sleep? I borrowed one overnight recently and it was so interesting to read the results in the morning......I had NO idea these watch thing-ah-ma-bobs could do what they do. I plan to hopefully get one soon and get some long term data on this situation.

Fitbits require a subscription to get to the real sleep metric data thats usefull, but even that is really just tracking body movement restlessness , so save yourself the time and money on the fitbit and just skip it , there are free apps that will do the same thing if you sleep with your phone , sleep is my arch nemesis I see one of the best sleep pathology researchers in the country, to get about four hours of sleep I am taking double the recommended dose of temazepam with an opiate chaser .
