So I been doing a lot of research right... It seems that meds never seek to find a cure and only seek to help suppress the symptoms. My meds cost me 1500$ dollars a month. If there was a cure it would ruin the industry. So since that be the case I have taken to research cures and remedies to help ease the mind, enhance it, and maybe deal with the illness naturally.

I have done research that shows that more people have full recoveries off of meds, then they do on meds. This comes from the world mental health association. Apparently working with the illness naturally is better then dependence of meds.

So anyways I found some herbs to help with schiz and thought i would try them out. Some of them help prevent damage done by AP's as they also increase their effectiveness.

You might wanna check them out.

Panax Ginseng - Panax ginseng is considered good for improving memory, thinking and concentration. In a 2008 study, Canadian researchers found that Panax ginseng helped reduce the some of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia, including flat affect (lack of emotional expression) in the patients. It is believed to hit the same brain receptors as antipsychotic drugs.

Gingko Biloba - Ginkgo biloba is being studied by the scientific communities as an adjunctive treatment for schizophrenia as it may help enhance the effectiveness of antipsychotics. It is also believed to protect against neural damage caused by antipsychotics. It is also effective against mood swings and delusions.

Ashwaghanda - Ashwagandha is another calming herb useful for depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders due to its anxiolytic and antidepressant effect.

Bacopa - Brahmi, also called bacopa, is popularly used in Ayurvedic medicine to enhance cognitive ability. Animal studies indicate that it can also help improve schizophrenia. Although the exact mechanism as to how it works is not known, it is believed to help stabilize certain chemicals in the brain. It also exhibits neuroprotective properties.
