LOL, Rio, reminds me of drinking water upside down and from the "opposite" side of the glass when you have the hiccups because the concentration and contortions get you breathing better and concentrating on what you're doing, etc.
If I have a panic attack I try to sit for a bit and use my head to look at what is going on around me and how that hasn't changed and isn't threatening, to ground myself.
