Wisconsin has that same sort of teen driver rule, but I'm 100 percent behind this "mean mom." There aren't that many parents these days who have the guts to be parents, instead of trying to be their kids' friend. I applaud her heartily. That boy learned a lesson he will never forget, and one that will serve him well his whole life.
