My bf and I were going out almost every single day when we should of been smart and went grocery shopping. I also have an ED and struggle with cravings and binging. What helped me slow down was a low carb diet. After a few days, once all the sugar gets out of your system, your cravings are totally gone. Plus you get to eat all the meat and natural fats you want. A good fatty steak whenever you wanted! It got rid of cravings and I also had to go grocery shopping as most fast food places aren’t low carb. We’ve saved tons of money and sanity so far!
