i have learned to be alone, solitary for weeks at a time.
lately things have been better, phone calls from cousins, etc. for a long time my only 'friends' were on PC and the little bus driver. somehow i rarely felt 'lonely', but it is a hard life without people to share it with. my heart goes out to you~

people leave because of the stigma of brain chemistry disorders. they are afraid, and oddly, offended, by extra-ordinary behaviors. and they lack the skills to cope. that is why we stick together here, at least we know we are still humans, no matter what the brain does to us....
