I believe diet plays a BIG role in my symptoms. I have found for me personally that cutting out meat and cutting back on dairy, wheat and sugar has worked wonders for me. I also take fish oil and Vitamin B (along w/ multi vitamin and vitamin E) every day. Try eating raw foods and organic when possible. It took a week or so for me to feel different but I feel more stable and also more confident and stronger (physically).
