Well I may be two weeks from being discharged. Talked to pdoc and said self confidence is one of the issues I didn’t address. I’ve been doing self care and a routine and feel that might of increased, and (t reinforces not to use but and replace it with and) I feel I need to increase it to be out in social environments and make it easier to get to Kung fu and gym.
That would take me to almost four months.
