Well, the end result is I'm stopping the Latuda. I've had a bit of akathisia since starting it, which was tolerable. But then we tried upping the dose yesterday and by last night I felt like cutting my legs off to make the crawling feeling go away. I pounded down 3 klonopins and thankfully fell asleep. And the Latuda has been evicted from the pillbox. Thanks for all the support. I'm back with the doc soon and we'll see what the next move is.
