Maybe, you encountered ones with real psychic power. But, it still full scams. I think it is 'accurate' because they give common advice for common trouble.

Even though they truly have psychic power, you should remember these:
1. Your future or current situation won't change too fast. It takes around 2 weeks to a month to change. If you really want to call them, do it every 2 weeks or so.
2. Your future can be changed. Their predictions are based on your current moves. If you change your moves, future will be change too.

It just a suggestion. I saw tarot thread somewhere on PC, maybe you can join them. I think it is much better for you to study psychic yourself than rely on phone 'psychic'.
