My experience with it has been more like bioChE’s. It doesn’t make me drowsy and I’ve been on a relatively high dosage before. It doesn’t kick in immediately though so don’t wait until the last minute to take it. You won’t experience withdrawals with short term usage. Good luck and happy travels!
