Thanks everyone for writing in and letting me know there are some of you who also do this.
I found in the past, I successfully managed to get out of this with practicing meditation. I am now struggling to get back or in a phase where I just don't care to try hard enough.
Feels like too much is going on in my life. Hopefully, soon someday, I will get back on track and stay.
Hope I get therapy and professional help soon. It's a painful wait.
