Welcome to PC. I have been in a similar spot, and a friend of mine encouraged me to start small, and just do one thing a day, such as folding socks, or making the bed. It was a slow grind, but eventually, I worked my way back. And though I'm facing some tough times again, I still stick to that plan of action - I wish you well in your struggle against this depression. It is lonely at times - this community of people is one that helps stave off those feelings of loneliness, for me, even if just for a brief period of time.
