Hoping: Yeah, I've tinkered with my dose (by myself and with the doc before this new one).

Trace: You aren't the only one who's told me that there's a difference between me taking the meds and me off of them. Even my best friend wants me on them because I guess I "seem less scared all of the time".

I don't know how well I can judge myself anymore. I'm just feeling a little overwhelmed right now, which is only adding to my confusion. I honestly think that, when it comes down to it, I hate taking my meds because I hate the idea that I even need them.
