Ok. Went to eat. Ate half a dinner of spaghetini bolognase, salad with vinegarette dressing, 2" x 4" sliver of apple pie, and a cup of decaf coffere. The other half will probably be lunch tomorrow?
I can't recall the exact number,,, will watch for it in my "travels" but a food person (chef?) says that a person typically eats the same # of foods no matter how they are presented... that what you choose to eat doesn't really vary much. I think he said something like only 10 different foods.
It figured out correctly for me (and my T) I prefer the same certain vegetables, same certain pastas, etc and apple ANYTHING for dessert.
