I’m just curious about how and what makes BPD symptoms better or worse and if once they’ve fluctuated to all new lows can they recover back to original form?
It’s just difficult for me to understand how things got so bad and whether or not I’ll be able to recover back to at least where I was 4 years ago. Trying to remember a day where I was happy is pushing it, but at least 4 years ago I was proactive and higher functioning.
If it helps I’ve had a psychotic and mental breakdown a few years back and with a lot of help trying to understand myself I was able to identify BPD. Drugs and alcohol have always been a problem since age 14, but now it’s almost impossible to cope without.
